Paris Hilton, arrested for a DUI last year, previously released a slightly effective PSA pertaining to drunk driving. This newest PSA consists of a website by Capla Kesting, which offers high school educators an opening for discussing drunk driving's consequences.
The PSA also looks into the teen pregnancy problem related with alcohol impaired decision.
Judge Dinesh Gupta issued the warrants in the northwestern city of Jaipur after a local citizen filed a complaint charging that the public display of affection offended local sensibilities, the Press Trust of India news agency reported.
Gupta earlier viewed television footage of the event, which he called “highly sexually erotic,” saying the pair violated India’s strict public obscenity laws.

Lindsay Lohan's driver allegedly ploughed into Tony Bennett's daughter's car and threw a diva-style tantrum.
Antonia Bennett claims John Zagata crashed into her car in a California recording studio parking lot on Wednesday (25.04.07).
She told the New York Post newspaper: "He was hostile to me. He ran into me, then got out of his car and started yelling at me."
Antonia's manager Keya Morgan says Zagata was chatting on his cell phone at the Rehearsals.com recording studio when the crash happened.
Morgan said: "He then had the nerve to get out of his car and scream, 'Don't you know who I am? I represent Lindsay Lohan! How dare you get in my way!' "
Morgan claims Zagatta tried to blame a "shaken" Antonia, 29, despite "six witnesses, including the security guard who saw him ram her."
Antonia's car suffered $2,000 in damages.
Lohan's representative Leslie Sloane Zelnik denied Zagata acted in a "hostile" manner.
She said: "It's a completely fabricated story. For as long as we've known him John Zagata has never spoken that way. To blame the driver is the lowest."
Sony Pictures has denied Spider-Man 3 has been pirated, and claims copies being sold in China are actually fake.
Street vendors have been found selling DVDs in the Spider-Man 3 sleeve for 10 Yuan (65p), ahead of the film's cinema release in China on 1 May.
Reuters discovered some copies featured the 2001 TV movie Earth vs The Spider, starring Dan Aykroyd, while Sony says some show Spider-Man 2 instead.
Sony said "similar hoaxes and false alarms" often occur before releases.
'Ripped off'
"Our investigation in China has revealed no case of the film being pirated to date," said Sony.
The company also suggested no evidence has been found that the film has been pirated online.
"This incident underscores one of the problems with piracy - people who buy illegal movies often get ripped off themselves," Sony added.
In recent weeks China has hit back at the US over complaints made to the World Trade Organisation that it is not doing enough to tackle piracy.
The media has been invited to high-profile events to watch millions of pirated DVDs, music CDs and software being crushed.
Hugh Grant has been arrested and questioned by police after a photographer accused the actor of attacking him outside of Grant's home.
Photographer Ian Whittaker told the Daily Star newspaper that Grant abused and kicked him, before throwing a tub of baked beans at him.
Pictures were then published by the newspaper which allegedly showed Grant with the beans raised above his head.
A spokeswoman from the Metropolitan police confirmed that a 46-year-old man was arrested in connection to an allegation of assault on a 43-year-old man.
The incident occurred in Redcliffe Road in London on April 24th, the force representative added. The man has been bailed to return in May.
Grant is one of Britain's best known actors and recently starred in the comedy Music and Lyrics alongside Drew Barrymore.
The actor has played roles in both Bridget Jones films as well as starring in Notting Hill and Four Weddings and a Funeral.

Paris Hilton's rep is hitting back at Shanna Moakler, calling her actions "childish" and "mean-spirited" after the former Dancing with the Stars contestant posted contact information for Hilton online over the weekend.
"This woman is simply desperate for press and attention," Hilton's rep, Elliot Mintz, tells PEOPLE. "Shanna deliberately posted Paris's phone number and e-mail address on her Web site. It was an unprovoked invasion upon Paris's privacy, which immediately caused her to change her contact information. It was a childish, mean-spirited thing to do. And we are not going to dignify such an action with any additional comment."
The drama started over the weekend, when Moakler wrote a blog post (titled, "Put This In Your Pipe and Smoke It") on her MySpace page:
"I posted this blog back in January to let you all know that my accounts were hacked. ... and since there are 2 little girls with to much time on their hands and no one to love them....id like to share my 'hacked' info as well. ive tried to disassociate myself from both these parties for some time now and like a fungus they wont go away."
The posting then listed what she claimed were the e-mail address and phone number for Hilton and e-mail addresses for Lindsay Lohan.
A rep for Lohan denied that the actress's information was correct, saying, "She and Shanna are not friends." Both Lohan and Hilton's camps also denied Moakler's "hacking" claims.
By Sunday, the post had been pulled from Moakler's page, however she put up another missive saying, "There are numerous reasons why i posted my last blog and I stand behind every single one of them."
Calls to Moakler's rep were not immediately returned.
Keira Knightley and Lindsay Lohan have fallen out after the 20-year-old American actress pulled out of Keira's new film The Best Time Of Our Lives, a dramatic biopic of Welsh bard Dylan Thomas.
According to sources on set Lohan, right, who has just finished a spell in rehab, quit days before filming was due to start.
Keira, left, whose mother Sharman Macdonald wrote the screenplay, is said to be 'furious' because she was instrumental in getting the Mean Girls star to play Thomas's wife Caitlin MacNamara.
The film tells the story of William Killick, who tried to kill Thomas because he believed he was having an affair with his wife, Vera, played by Keira.
Movie insiders predicted a box office hit because of the lesbian love scenes between Keira and Lindsay, who were also due to film a steamy threesome with the poet, played by Matthew Rhys.

In an interview to May issue of Redbook, the ‘My Name is Ear’ star said that she has never had a shapeless figure like the one she has developed now.

MADONNA is not looking to adopt another African child, according to her agent.
The 48-year-old singer has been in the impoverished country of Malawi on the continent this week, sparking speculation that she is to adopt again.

One source told the Sun: "She [Madonna] saw footage of Grace and asked for another 15 minutes.

Her agent told the newspaper last night that Madonna had not even met Grace and that she "has no plans to adopt her or any other children".

Aishwarya Rai will tie the knot with fellow actor and rising star Abhishek Bachchan on Friday at the latter's residence in the western Bombay suburb of Juhu.
Abhishek is the son of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan and popular 1970s actress Jaya.
The preparations are in full swing at the Bachchan's bungalow, Pratiksha ('Wait' in Hindi), where the main function will be held.
A temporary wooden structure is being built around the house to ensure that no prying eyes or cameras ruin the private moment for the family.
In addition, up to 400 security guards will be on duty to keep strangers out, says Capt Swarn Salaria, the head of Trig Force Guard Limited.
"It is going to be a very high profile marriage, various dignitaries like very big personalities from the film as well as political world will be there, family friends will also be participating in the marriage, for which we have made all the arrangements to ensure that the flow of people coming in and going out is not disturbed," Capt Salaria told the BBC.
The Bachchans have also reportedly requested neighbours with views over their bungalow not to allow any cameras or press into their homes.
Despite the secrecy, some details about the preparations are filtering out.
Aishwarya Rai's outfits, including the main wedding dress, are being designed by Indian fashion designer Neeta Lulla.
The bride's jewellery has been bought especially from Calcutta and special silk saris from the northern town of Varanasi have also been ordered.
Four-page invitations, embossed with two As, the couple's initials, have been signed by them as well as the entire Bachchan family.
Businessman Anil Ambani, his wife Tina, politician Amar Singh and Uttar Pradesh state chief minister Mulayam Singh Yadav have been invited.
There are reports that the leader of Maharashtra state's powerful regional Shiv Sena party, Bal Thackeray, has also been invited and will attend.

Ant and Dec have signed a new deal with ITV to keep them exclusively at the channel until the end of 2009.
The pair - whose full names are Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly - have been exclusively signed to ITV since 2000 and have hosted a number of hit shows for the channel, including I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here and Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.
Paul Jackson, director of entertainment and comedy at ITV, said that McPartlin and Donnelly were "undoubtedly the nation's favourite TV presenters with an incredible amount of talent".
"To be able to continue working with them exclusively is an absolute delight and we’re looking forward to building upon existing formats and developing some exciting new ones over the next two years," he added.
Commenting on their new deal, McPartlin said that he was delighted to be extending it while Donnelly said that he was looking forward to "developing new, fresh and exciting ideas for the future".
The deal is reportedly worth about £30 million to the pair and puts them in a similar price bracket to the BBC's Jonathan Ross, who is said to be on about £18 million.
English glamour model Jordan has forced her singer hubby Peter Andre to wear a fake stomach to make him realise what a woman goes through while she is pregnant.

James Blunt will not face hit and run charges after a run-in with a member of the paparazzi.
It was reported that the singer ran over the paparazzo's foot in his car when he was driving away from a Hollywood party with his then girlfriend Petra Nemcova.
His SUV was said to be besieged by photographers and Blunt reportedly was unaware that anything had happened.
After the Los Angeles police department investigated the matter the attorney's office announced that no charges would be pressed.
The decision to drop the charges will come as welcome news to Blunt, who split from model Nemcova in February. Other welcome news for him is his involvement in the high profile Live Earth concert in London this summer.

Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown has given birth to a daughter in California, her publicist said Tuesday.
The baby, who weighs 5 pounds, 4 ounces, was born just after midnight Tuesday at St. John's hospital in Santa Monica, said Nadine Bibi in an e-mail.
"Baby is completely healthy with a good head of hair. Mother and baby are now resting," the statement said. "No name has been decided on as yet, and (she) is purely known as Baby Brown!"
Brown has said ex-boyfriend Eddie Murphy is the father. The 46-year-old Dreamgirls star has said he's not sure. Brown has said there's "absolutely no question that Eddie is the father."
The 31-year-old Brown, known as Scary Spice when she was in the megahit group of the '90s, has an 8-year-old daughter, Phoenix Chi, from her marriage to Jimmy Gulzar.
Gulzar married Brown in 1998 after he had performed on a Spice Girls tour. Their 15-month marriage ended in divorce in 2000.

PHOENIX: The remains of actor James Doohan, who played the starship Enterprise's chief engineer Scotty on Star Trek, will be blasted into space next month, the company organising the flight said.
The Canadian-born actor who inspired the catchphrase "Beam me up, Scotty" – even though it was never actually uttered on the television show – died two years ago at the age of 85.
Houston-based commercial company Space Services said some of Doohan's remains were packed into a rocket at Las Cruces, New Mexico, on Friday, ahead of the flight scheduled for April 28.
The company had originally planned to blast Doohan's remains into space two years ago. But the flight was delayed by tests, then by a misfire during a practice launch last year.
Space Services spokeswoman Susan Schonfeld said Doohan's ashes will be sent up along with the remains of some 200 other people, including astronaut Gordon Cooper, who first went into space in 1963. Cooper died in 2004 at age 77.
After a short flight the rocket will return to Earth with the capsules holding the remains.
Space Services is a commercial venture that charges $US495 to send a sample of a person's ashes into suborbital space. Capsules containing the ashes are retrieved, mounted on plaques and given back to relatives.
In 1997 the company blasted the remains of Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry into space.
