American Idol host SIMON COWELL was humiliated in front of millions after a child's artistic rendition featured him with 'man boobs'. Cowell, who famously sports tightly fitted tops, was filming a charity spot for the hit American talent search in a small Kenyan village when a young girl showed off her portrait of the blunt record executive.
