Two European magazines have published pictures of Princess Diana in the wreckage of her fatal 1997 car crash.

Umberto Brindani, editor of Italian magazine Chi, says, "I published it for a very simple reason - it's never been seen before."

Spanish magazine Interviu was the other publication that ran the photograph which shows an attending paramedic placing an oxygen mask over Diana's face.

The picture was taken from an upcoming book on Diana's death by French author Michel Caradech who says the pictures are "shocking and should not have ended up in magazines".

Princess Diana’s butler Paul Burrell has been caught sticking the knife into the Royal family in a newspaper sting.

Burrell slams royals including Prince Charles and Camilla, Prince Harry, Sarah Ferguson, Earl Spencer and the man who died alongside Diana – Dodi Fayed – to a News Of The World undercover reporter.

The former butler alleges “unattractive” Camilla has had cosmetic surgery, whilst he claims Charles’ son Harry’s controversial potential deployment as a soldier in Iraq is a mere “PR exercise” to make him appear “a hero”.

He also claims Diana was aware her lover Dodi Fayed was a cocaine addict, but says the Princess never took drugs herself.

Burrell also calls Diana’s brother Earl Spencer a “hypocrite”, alleging that he refused his sister's pleas for help during her lifetime, saying, “only in death did he come forward and claim her."

Finally the former I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! contestant rounds off his indiscretion by claiming the former Duchess Of York, Sarah Ferguson of “pimping her daughters in social situations”.

She says of Sarah – who was estranged from Diana in the last years of her life, “She's a lady that has her finger on the self-destruct button and she just keeps pressing it. She can't help it."
