Paris Hilton is facing the embarrasment of having her teenage love letters being made public by her former school crush.

James McCauley, 25, has offered the letters for sale to a US magazine, claiming they contain intimate details like how boys disrepected her and explaining she needed therapy following a number of "childhood traumas".

He explains, "She reached out to me and asked my advice on how to cope with being in such a regimented place. There was a lot of attraction. We both felt it... She thought I was cute."
